WELCOME  to    

                             SoHo Center  is a new and unique living complex . It is a multi-zoned , industrial building located at 90 Canal Street . The 3rd, 4th and 5th floors have been converted to studio apartments, retaining much of the building's original character (modeled after the Soho District in New York City). Several of the larger units have balconies overlooking Frontier Field and the High Falls Entertainment District. Apartments have an abundance of natural light, high ceilings, brand new mechanicals and unique design. We encourage tenant participation in the design/renovation of each unit, and will work to make each unit as unique as the person inside it.
